Role Description

Package.ai is transforming modern retail through autonomous, AI-powered customer experiences. We’re expanding our team and looking for a Business Development Representative who sees outbound as a strategic function. This role sits at the front of our growth engine and requires:

• Judgment, research depth, and the ability to open conversations that matter.
• Ownership of numbers, messaging, and execution.
• Comfort in an AI-enabled environment and curiosity about tools that improve quality and efficiency.

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in the US Eastern Time Zone (ET) only.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of proven B2B outbound experience from a SaaS company.
• Confidence in engaging senior decision-makers.
• Experience with modern sales tools (HubSpot, GSuite, ZoomInfo or similar).
• Strong research capabilities and attention to detail.
• Professional maturity and accountability.

Requirements

• Lead outbound prospecting across target accounts in the U.S. market and other territories.
• Research companies, stakeholders, and industry context to identify real opportunity.
• Craft personalized outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Execute structured sequences with consistency and attention to detail.
• Partner closely with sales leadership to qualify and convert opportunities.
• Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and clear pipeline visibility.
