[Hiring] Business Development Representative @AgentDynamics

Role Description

We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to help build and grow AgentDynamics’ pipeline across the U.S. automotive market.

• Identify dealerships and dealer groups that are a strong fit for AgentDynamics.
• Reach the right decision-makers, start conversations, qualify opportunities, and create meetings that turn into new customer relationships.
• This is a high-ownership outbound role.
• Prospect through phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Develop a strong understanding of dealership operations and the problems AgentDynamics solves across sales and service.
• Work closely with our sales team to turn qualified opportunities into active deals.
• Help sharpen the outbound playbook as AgentDynamics expands.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in business development, sales development, outbound sales, or another prospecting-focused B2B role.
• Demonstrated ability to generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Confident and concise communication across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
• Willingness to make calls, speak with senior decision-makers, handle objections, and consistently follow up.
• Ability to stay organized and continue pursuing opportunities across longer sales cycles without becoming discouraged.
• Ability to ask strong questions, understand how a business operates, and uncover problems worth solving.
• Strong CRM hygiene, task management, organization, and follow-through.
• Self-driven and comfortable taking responsibility for activity and pipeline outcomes.
• Willingness to review calls, messaging, and results and continuously improve.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and how it can transform real-world business operations.

Requirements

• Experience selling or prospecting into automotive dealerships.
• Familiarity with automotive retail, dealership operations, or dealer technology.
• Existing relationships within the automotive industry.
• Experience prospecting to business owners, executives, or other senior decision-makers.
• Familiarity with CRM, DMS, BDC, digital retail, communications, or fixed operations technology.
• Experience selling B2B SaaS or technology products.
• Experience working in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
