[Hiring] Business Development Representative @Foxit

Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join Foxit on a 6-month contract, covering the North American market. You will own pipeline generation from the ground up:

• Identifying high-potential accounts
• Building targeted outreach campaigns
• Creating qualified opportunities for Account Executives across SaaS, enterprise software, technology, and digital transformation markets

This role is suited to someone who understands modern outbound sales, knows how to identify and engage ideal customer profiles, and thrives on building pipeline through intelligence-led prospecting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in outbound BDR/SDR or business development roles
• Proven track record of building pipeline from cold prospecting — no reliance on marketing-generated leads
• Strong command of modern outbound prospecting strategies, ICP development, and account targeting
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Lemlist
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach
• Commercial mindset with a clear focus on pipeline quality and revenue impact

Requirements

• Background in SaaS, enterprise software, technology, or digital services industries (strong advantage)
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement automation tools (strong advantage)
• Experience working alongside Account Executives and Marketing teams (strong advantage)
• Understanding of pipeline reporting, sales metrics, and conversion analysis (strong advantage)
