[Hiring] Business Development Manager @OneFamily

Role Description

Beagle Street is looking for ambitious Business Development Managers to grow our network of Independent Financial Advisers (intermediaries) and drive sales of our market-leading protection products. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy, building strong adviser partnerships through telephone, email and face-to-face engagement. You'll help advisers understand our products, identify opportunities, and provide outstanding support that delivers real value to their clients.

• Driving new business and achieving sales targets through proactive adviser engagement.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with intermediaries across your portfolio.
• Promoting Beagle Street's protection solutions with confidence and credibility.
• Identifying opportunities to grow revenue and maximise account potential.
• Managing adviser activity through CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional adviser experience.
• Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a target-driven sales or business development role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence influencing and supporting customers over the phone and face-to-face.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Experience using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for delivering results.
