[Hiring] Business Development Manager @Just Slots

Role Description

You’ll own new business end to end: finding the opportunity, making the pitch, agreeing the commercials and getting the deal signed. Once a partner is live, our account management team takes it on and you move to the next one.

We’re a small studio early in our growth, and that is the opportunity. Our games are live across a strong aggregator network, and there is a lot more ground to take:

• New aggregator and platform partnerships that can open a whole operator base at once.
• More direct operator relationships in the markets we already serve.
• New markets and jurisdictions to open.

You’ll help shape the plan as well as deliver it, with a real say in which markets we go after and which partnerships are worth doing. You’ll stay with each deal until it is live, then hand over to our account management team.

Qualifications

• You’ve got 4 or more years of B2B sales, ideally in iGaming and selling to operators.
• You’ve sourced and closed your own deals, and you can talk through how.
• You’re genuinely comfortable with outbound, and happy building a pipeline from scratch.
• You’re organised. You can run several integrations at once, keep the plans current, and keep every side moving.
• You understand the iGaming supply chain, the different types of operator within it, and how game distribution works.
• You can negotiate commercial terms yourself, and you know which ones actually matter.

Requirements

• A strong operator and aggregator network that you can activate quickly.
• Knowledge of regulated and emerging markets.
• Experience opening new jurisdictions.
• Experience selling games or content, rather than platform or payments.
• Additional languages.

Company Description

Just Slots is a Malta-based game studio designing slot games for regulated iGaming operators. Founded in late 2023, we create games that operators and players love, with recent releases including Shogun Skylord Jade Empress, Shadow Pirates and Ice Vacation.

We’re a fully remote business operating through several entities. As the group grows, we’re building a commercial team that opens new markets, deepens our operator relationships and turns distribution into revenue.
