• Actively search for and approach new clients for our recruitment agency in the IT sector, including clients across the European Union.
• Contact with potential clients to establish new partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, ideally within recruitment or the IT sector.
• High-level proficiency in English to communicate effectively with clients across the E.U.
• Own work tools (e.g., CRM, client search tools) and the ability to work efficiently from home.
• An unlimited calling plan, as the role involves frequent client calls.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuasively present our agency's services.
• Strong self-motivation, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset.
