[Hiring] Business Development Manager @Teltonika

Role Description

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our growing TLT Electronics international Sales team. This is a remote position based in Europe, focused on supporting the commercial growth of our Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) business across the European market.

The role can be based in Germany or another well-connected European location with convenient access to an international airport. While we have a particular focus on the DACH region, we are open to candidates across Europe. The position requires frequent business travel across Germany and other European countries to meet customers, develop new business opportunities, and represent TLT Electronics at industry events.

In this role, you will:

• Contribute to market research by identifying target clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for market growth across Europe.
• Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, customer visits, presentations, and business case analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers across Germany and other European markets.
• Prepare commercial offers, manage contract processes, and achieve assigned sales development goals.
• Represent TLT Electronics at exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry events across Europe.
• Work closely with and report to the Sales Group Manager and collaborate with Key Account Managers and internal teams to achieve results.
• Travel frequently across Germany and Europe to develop customer relationships and new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), contract manufacturing, or industrial manufacturing environments.
• Previous experience in international or European B2B sales is highly desirable.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written. No additional language is required.
• An organized and results-oriented approach with a challenge-driven personality.
• Strong commercial drive and motivation to achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Strong presentation and business communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills, organizational proficiency, and expertise in business project management.
• Valid driving license.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Germany and Europe.
• Residence in Europe with convenient access to an international airport.
