[Hiring] Business Development Manager @Nureva

Role Description

We’re looking for a business development manager to drive the growth, product adoption and performance in Germany. In this highly collaborative role, you will work with other BD and channel management team members within Nureva as well as with our German distributor and resellers to:

• Drive product awareness
• Build the sales funnel
• Support reseller demos

You will report to our regional business development director based in Germany. The role will be focused on Germany, although occasional travel may take you outside the country.

You will:

• Position Nureva’s solutions and present the products and their use professionally to end users and resellers
• Support resellers in their sales presentations and customer meetings
• Work closely with our distributor and resellers to ensure solution success
• Work closely with the regional sales director to ensure tight alignment and coordination between your activities and his
• Present Nureva solutions at trade shows, customer sites and experience centers
• Provide up-to-date end-user market intelligence and sales forecasting in your reports along with territory activity, successes and challenges

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or a diploma in business, technical or a related field
• 2-5 years sales or technical experience in a business-to-business environment, ideally in the technology space
• Excellent listening skills with a consultative approach to selling
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• A demonstrated ability to learn about and frame product/solution USPs
• An ability to ask good questions and solve problems
• Technical knowledge of AV/IT, audio conferencing or video conferencing solutions
• Experience working with channel sales would be an advantage
• Beyond German, you speak and write English well
