[Hiring] Business Development Manager @refurbed

Role Description

As a Business Developer for the Musical Instruments category, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle:

• Sourcing, negotiating, and signing new brands and professional sellers
• Managing your seller portfolio
• Shaping the musical instruments category’s strategy and growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Partnerships, ideally within marketplace, retail, or e-commerce environments
• Fluency in English; an additional European language (e.g. German, Italian) is a strong plus
• Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals and managing long sales cycles end-to-end
• Experience in managing and growing accounts
• Strong communication, influence, and persuasion skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Resilient and persistent, learning from setbacks without losing momentum
• Structured, analytical problem-solver who can quickly understand complex business and operational setups
• Tech and AI-first mindset with strong critical thinking skills
