[Hiring] Business Development Manager @Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS)

Role Description

This role is primarily focused on business development and sales. We are looking for someone who already has strong customer relationships within the device leasing or Apple-related consumer electronics industry and can quickly generate new business opportunities. You will focus on acquiring enterprise customers, developing strategic partnerships, and growing recurring leasing revenue across Europe. As the business grows, you will have the opportunity to build your own sales team and progress into the Head of Sales role.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the European market
• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers and channel partners
• Promote Apple device leasing solutions to business customers
• Identify customer needs and develop long-term leasing partnerships
• Lead commercial negotiations and close new business opportunities
• Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets
• Share market insights and help shape commercial strategies
• Build and lead a sales team once business milestones are achieved

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the leasing industry, preferably involving Apple or consumer electronics
• Strong existing customer network within enterprise leasing, corporate procurement, or channel sales
• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Apple device leasing or consumer electronics leasing
• Experience selling iPhone, iPad, MacBook, or other Apple-related products and services
• Previous experience managing or mentoring a sales team
• Experience launching new markets or new business initiatives
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building new business
