Role Description

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth across Greece by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing long-term client relationships. Working remotely from Athens while collaborating closely with the leadership team in Larnaca, Cyprus, you will introduce AI Voice solutions to organizations, manage the full sales cycle, and play a key role in the company's market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's B2B commercial strategy across Greece
• Identify and engage prospective clients, with a primary focus on the Healthcare and Retail sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to contract negotiation and closing
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and business networking forums across Greece
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and commercial solutions
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately forecast business opportunities
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
• Provide valuable commercial feedback to support product development and overall business strategy

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships
• Proven success selling Technology, SaaS, AI, Telecommunications, or Enterprise Software solutions
• Established professional network and strong industry connections within the Healthcare and Retail sectors in Greece
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Passion for technology, artificial intelligence, innovation, and digital transformation
• Excellent command of both Greek and English
• Based in Athens, Greece, with the flexibility to attend client meetings, networking events, and occasional business travel when required
