Role Description

As a Business Development Intern, you will play a crucial role in our outreach and candidate placement program. Your primary responsibilities will involve:

• Creating small presentation videos showcasing top candidates and sending them to companies actively seeking remote leadership talent.
• Presenting these candidates during follow-up calls with interested clients.

Responsibilities

• Record concise and engaging presentation videos for potential clients.
• Send presentation videos to companies expressing interest in executive talent.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up calls with interested companies.
• Present 5-10 top candidates during scheduled calls, demonstrating their qualifications and potential fit for the client's needs.
• Receive comprehensive training on how to effectively present candidates during calls.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn about business development and sales in the recruitment industry.
• Comfortable creating engaging presentation videos.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Interest and passion for the remote work space and B2B outreach.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with competitive compensation ranging from $5,000 to $10,000 per month, based on successful placements.
