Role Description

Role: Business Development Executive - Recruitment Specialist

Location: Remote (India)

Employment type: Full-time

Compensation: ~4.35 LPA + incentives (30,000+ take home per month + incentives)

Typical hours: 10 - 8 (with breaks)

Working days: 6 days a week (Sunday is a holiday)

Description - About the role:

• Engage with the Founding team and CXOs to understand hiring needs.
• Select candidates suitable for the roles.
• Communicate and coordinate with candidates to facilitate placements.
• Analyze trends in candidate selection.
• Utilize internal tools to identify top talent.
• Understand industry trends.
• This role could lead to a Founder’s office role in a year or two.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communicator with clear communication skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with CXOs and candidates.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Hustler mindset with high agency and strong personal accountability.
• Coachable, detail-oriented, and action-oriented.
• No hiring experience required; training provided (4-6 weeks) with full pay.

The recruitment process

• HR Round: Introduction and role clarification.
• Group Discussion: Collaboration with peers.
• Arithmetic ability test: Assessment of analytical and arithmetic skills.
• Interview with Hiring managers: Meet the team you will work with.
• Interaction with a founder: Brief conversation to assess fit.
