Black & Grey HR is a people advisory firm. Since 2016 we have shaped the people decisions of 400+ organizations across the GCC and beyond. Our Technology desk operates at the intersection of technical depth and commercial impact, placing everyone from software engineers to CTOs. We are looking for a Business Development Associate to open doors across the technology ecosystem: startups and scale-ups, enterprise digital teams, systems integrators, fin-techs and the technology arms of major groups. Your mandate is clear: put us in the room with the people who decide. Fresh graduates with sharp communication skills and genuine hunger for consultative sales are encouraged to apply.

You will identify and engage technology companies and digital leadership teams across the GCC. You will build relationships with the people who own hiring decisions and convert those relationships into qualified meetings for our Business Development leadership. Meeting generation and relationship building are the success metrics. Everything else supports them.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
• Fresh graduates welcome
• Attitude and communication matter more than tenure
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Natural relationship builder with the confidence to engage senior professionals
• Genuine curiosity about technology, startups and digital business

Requirements

• Identify and engage prospective clients across the technology ecosystem, from high growth startups to enterprise digital functions
• Generate qualified meetings through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, email campaigns and market research
• Build relationships with CTOs, Heads of Engineering, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers and Founders
• Schedule and prepare meetings for the Business Development leadership team
• Build and maintain a healthy, honest pipeline in our CRM
• Understand each client's talent challenge before positioning our recruitment and HR advisory solutions
• Track funding rounds, product launches and digital transformation programs and turn market intelligence into opportunity
• Represent Black & Grey HR at tech events, meetups and industry exhibitions with the presence the brand demands
