Role Description

We are looking for confident and commercially minded appointment setters to support outbound business development campaigns. This role goes beyond basic calling — you will be responsible for opening conversations with decision-makers, identifying opportunities, and booking qualified meetings that help businesses grow their sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, appointment setting, or B2B telesales
• Strong conversational skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Confidence speaking with managers, directors, and senior stakeholders
• Ability to follow campaign messaging while adapting to live conversations
• Target-driven, organised, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time

Requirements

• Conduct outbound B2B calls to senior decision-makers
• Introduce services in a professional, consultative manner
• Identify business challenges and potential opportunities
• Qualify prospects based on defined business development criteria
• Secure high-quality appointments for senior sales or account teams
• Accurately update CRM systems with call outcomes and insights
• Represent campaigns with credibility, professionalism, and confidence
