Role Description

The Associate Business Development Manager (ABDM) is a developmental sales position designed to build the next generation of Business Development Managers at Cascade Financial Services. This role is ideal for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about sales, relationship building, business growth, and professional development.

As an Associate BDM, you will work alongside experienced Business Development Managers and Sales Leaders to:

• Learn the manufactured housing industry
• Develop business development skills
• Gain hands-on experience supporting retailer and community relationships

Through a structured training and mentorship program, Associates will develop the knowledge, market expertise, and relationship management skills necessary to advance into a Business Development Manager role and eventually assume responsibility for a territory of their own.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Requirements

• Manufactured housing retail, community, lender, or supplier experience (preferred)
• Mortgage, banking, finance, automotive finance, or indirect lending experience (preferred)
• Sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing experience (preferred)
• Experience working with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office products (preferred)
• Experience presenting to individuals or groups (preferred)
