Role Description

Are you eager to gain hands-on experience applying modern AI technologies to solve real-world operational challenges? We are looking for a Working Student – AI & Operations to join our Engineering team.

In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between operational teams and technical implementation. You will:

• Work closely with Business Operations to understand day-to-day workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to build, refine, and deploy a modern AI agent.
• Translate operational needs into capable AI solutions.
• Reduce manual tasks and empower our teams to work smarter and faster.
• Help us better serve our patients.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German.
• Currently enrolled as a student in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Basic programming skills (e.g., Python) to build lightweight scripts or automations.
• Practical interest and hands-on experimentation with large language models, AI tools, and prompt engineering.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down real-world processes into clear, logical steps.
• Clear communication skills with the confidence to talk to non-technical stakeholders and translate their feedback into requirements.
• High curiosity, initiative, and an eagerness to learn, iterate, and experiment quickly.

Requirements

• Familiarity with AI/agent frameworks or platforms (such as OpenAI, Vertex AI, or similar tools).
• Interest in process improvement, business operations, digital health, or healthcare environments.
