[Hiring] Vietnamese Chatbot Evaluator @CloudFactory

Role Description

We are seeking fluent Vietnamese speakers to assist in testing and improving an AI-powered chatbot system. This is a short-term, remote contract role spanning 3 days, requiring only a few hours of work per day. You will be required to call a U.S. phone number and interact with the chatbot in Vietnamese to evaluate its performance across a set of defined scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Place calls to a US-based phone number and interact with a chatbot in Vietnamese
• Complete a set of predefined test scenarios
• Accurately follow instructions for each test case
• Provide clear feedback on chatbot responses, including any errors or inconsistencies
• Document outcomes of each interaction as required
• After each interaction, provide written feedback on the chatbot's responses, noting any errors, unnatural phrasing, misunderstandings, or areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Vietnamese speaker (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) to understand task instructions and provide accurate feedback
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured testing scripts
• Good written communication skills for documenting observations and feedback
• Ability to evaluate how the AI communicates and collaborate (via feedback) to help refine prompts and improve system performance
• Ability to assess whether the AI effectively understands and fulfills a rider’s needs throughout the user journey.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess conversational flow and identify gaps or inconsistencies in AI responses
• Capacity to provide clear, actionable feedback to improve chatbot accuracy and user experience
