[Hiring] Senior ML Ops Engineer @GlobalLogic

Role Description

Our Client is a leading global threat intelligence platform to design and deliver an enterprise-scale, Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) AI agent platform. The initiative centers on accelerating expert analyst decision-making by augmenting high-complexity threat intelligence workflows with cutting-edge generative and agentic AI systems. The initial engagement is planned for 4 months, with the possibility of extension depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps or platform engineering, including 2+ years supporting ML workloads.
• Advanced Google Cloud Platform and Terraform.
• Vertex AI Pipelines, Endpoints and Model Registry, or an equivalent MLOps stack.
• CI/CD (Cloud Build or GitHub Actions), containers and Kubernetes.
• Enterprise security controls: IAM, secrets management and network perimeters.
• Inference optimization (ONNX, quantization) - desirable.
• MLflow, LLM observability tooling, and data engineering in BigQuery - desirable.
• Google Cloud Professional certifications - desirable.

Requirements

• Provision all infrastructure as code with Terraform: Vertex AI, Cloud Run/GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Secret Manager, IAM and VPC Service Controls.
• Build CI/CD for services and models, the model registry and experiment tracking.
• Serve the ModernBERT model with low latency and cost-efficient inference.
• Automate retraining triggered by feedback volume or drift, with gated promotion to production.
• Operate the feedback and precedent data infrastructure (BigQuery and a vector store).
• Secure and audit MCP server access: authentication, token management and Cloud Logging.
• Run observability for latency, cost and quality alerts, and lead Hypercare and incident response.
