[Hiring] DevOps Engineer @Poland and Central-Eastern Europe

Role Description

You will be:

• Designing, building, and maintaining a scalable, production-ready cloud platform.
• Developing and improving infrastructure automation and deployment processes.
• Managing and optimizing Kubernetes-based environments.
• Supporting the deployment and operation of platform services and infrastructure components.
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of new capabilities.
• Working closely with an experimental team to turn validated prototypes into production-ready solutions.
• Contributing to platform architecture decisions and cloud-native best practices.
• Ensuring the platform remains reliable, maintainable, and ready to support evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery.
• Strong practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and managing containerized workloads.
• Experience with Flux CD or other GitOps tools.
• Understand cloud-native architecture and Kubernetes ecosystem principles.
• Experience deploying and managing services directly within Kubernetes clusters.
• Familiarity with running stateful services in Kubernetes, such as PostgreSQL (ideally CloudNativePG), Kafka, or Redis-compatible databases.
• Experience managing cloud resources through Kubernetes manifests and operators.
• Understand infrastructure automation, configuration management, and deployment best practices.
• Good English communication skills (at least B2 level).
