[Hiring] Senior Manager, AI Transformation @Beekeeper's Naturals, Inc.

Role Description

As Senior Manager, AI Transformation, you’ll own BKN’s AI strategy and lead how AI shows up in the way we work, from marketing and ecommerce to finance, operations and innovation. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll partner with leaders across the business to identify the highest-impact opportunities, embed AI into everyday workflows and measure what it delivers. This is an operator role, not a technical build role: we’re looking for someone who brings structure and urgency to a fast-moving space and turns AI experimentation into consistent, measurable results. The role is remote and open to candidates anywhere in the US or Ontario, Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI strategy
  • Build a clear, prioritized AI strategy and roadmap aligned to BKN's growth and operational goals.
  • Identify high-impact use cases across marketing, ecommerce, sales, finance, operations and innovation; build business cases and recommend priorities to the ELT.
  • Partner with Finance and IT to set data access, governance and security standards so AI tools use BKN data safely and effectively.
  • Balance quick wins with longer-term capabilities.
• Drive cross-functional execution
  • Serve as the central program owner for AI initiatives across all functions.
  • Run a structured operating cadence to track initiatives, milestones and dependencies.
  • Partner with functional leaders to align on priorities, owners and timelines.
• Embed AI into core workflows
  • Work with teams to design and deploy no-code/low-code AI agents that run end-to-end processes.
  • Redesign high-frequency workflows with AI at the center.
  • Standardize AI-enabled ways of working so teams operate consistently and at scale.
  • Build AI-enabled processes into standard operating procedures and team KPIs.
• Translate AI into value and revenue
  • Apply AI to revenue-driving channels (DTC, Amazon, retail, marketing and content) to improve conversion, speed to market and customer experience.
  • Identify AI opportunities in product innovation, consumer insights and personalization.
  • Build business cases and proof points that show measurable return.
• Lead adoption, enablement and change management
  • Own AI tool selection and use-case playbooks by function.
  • Partner with People & Culture, who own training delivery, onboarding and BKN's AI usage policy, to build role-specific enablement.
  • Build on BKN's existing AI champions network, office hours and governance framework.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Measure impact and report outcomes
  • Define and track success metrics across productivity, performance and revenue impact, e.g., hours saved, cycle-time reduction, cost savings and adoption rate by team.
  • Build visibility into adoption and ROI across all AI initiatives.
  • Provide regular executive updates on progress, risks and opportunities.
• Stay ahead of the AI landscape
  • Monitor AI developments across commerce, marketing, supply chain and finance.
  • Evaluate and manage external tools, platforms and partnerships.
  • Bring forward new opportunities that keep BKN competitive.
• Provide oversight of data management and security
  • Audit AI activities and workflows to ensure confidential information is protected.
  • Audit data storage to ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure data is protected to facilitate appropriate and secure access internally and externally.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8+ years in business execution roles (operations, strategy, program management or similar).
• 2+ years applying AI tools to real business problems; operator mindset preferred over technical builder.
• Hands-on fluency with current AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and workflow automation platforms).
• Experience in CPG, DTC, retail or ecommerce strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and change management or adoption programs.
• Strong process mapping skills.
• Exceptional program management and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable plans for technical and non-technical audiences.
