[Hiring] Senior Agentic Consultant @Ciklum

Role Description

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Agentic Consultant to join our team full-time in Poland. As a Senior Agentic Consultant, you will join a cross-functional "full ownership" team where you have a direct say in the direction of projects and technological choices.

• Transform how we work by designing, implementing, and scaling next-generation Agentic AI solutions that autonomously handle complex business processes.
• Architect Agentic Solutions: Lead the design, development, and deployment of autonomous AI agents and workflow orchestration tools.
• Rapid PoC Innovation: Continuously build, test, and push innovative Proof of Concepts (PoCs) leveraging the latest LLM frameworks.
• Reimagine Business Workflows: Act as a strategic AI partner to internal teams, helping them adopt an automation-first, agentic mindset.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate closely with product, data, procurement, and engineering teams.
• Establish Modern Standards: Define governance, engineering best practices, and guardrails for responsible AI agent deployment.
• Empower the Organization: Provide hands-on training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing to upskill colleagues.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Actively experiment with emerging trends in Agentic AI and hyper automation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI engineering, intelligent workflow automation, or building LLM-backed business applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with advanced workflow orchestration platforms (ideally n8n).
• A passionate, builder-first attitude with a track record of rapidly developing, testing, and scaling PoCs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise digital systems (CRM, ERP, SaaS tools) and modern APIs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Python and machine learning techniques for classification, prediction, and optimization.
• Experience navigating data privacy, security, and ethical considerations surrounding enterprise LLM deployment.
• Experience assessing whether a process should be automated, improved, or redesigned first.
