Role Description

We're looking for curious, ambitious graduates who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and artificial intelligence to join our Southeast Asia team as a SAP Business AI Consultant — BTP & Business AI. • Sales & Customer Enablement: Support AI-driven use case design for SEA sales pursuits and customer conversations (Phase 1: shadow; Phase 2+: contribute).
• Business AI Translation: Help translate customer business requirements into SAP Business AI use cases, in partnership with technical leads.
• Explore SAP AI: Structured CoE-delivered learning path: BTP, SAP Build, Business AI, Joule, AI Foundation.
• Support Solution Design: Contribute to demos/PoCs that support Regional Sales Unit pursuits, reviewed by AI CoE for technical soundness.
• Client Exposure: Shadow Phase 1; participate directly Phase 2+; own client-facing workstreams from Phase 3, under RCEO/Sales direction.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in SAP Business AI.
• Good fundamental knowledge of AI concepts (LLM, RAG, prompting).
• Curious, independent problem-solver, analytical, clear communicator — comfortable in sales-facing conversations specifically, not just technical ones.
• Collaborative across Sales, Presales, Platform Engineering, and AI CoE.
