Role Description

Join a leading SAP consulting team in Germany and work with more than 25,000 SAP experts worldwide. As a Senior Manager, you will shape and lead major SAP AI transformation programmes, helping executive clients use SAP Business AI, SAP Joule and Generative AI to reinvent how their organisations operate and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex SAP AI transformation programmes and act as a trusted advisor to C-level business and technology stakeholders.
• Define AI strategies, operating models and investment roadmaps around SAP Joule, SAP Business AI, Gen AI, data and automation.
• Build executive client relationships and identify opportunities to expand strategic accounts.
• Take responsibility for programme delivery, commercial performance, quality and client satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor and grow high-performing teams of AI, SAP, data and transformation specialists.
• Shape market-leading offerings and thought leadership around responsible AI and SAP-enabled business transformation.
• Lead proposals, executive presentations and business-development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English, with proven executive-level stakeholder management skills.
• Extensive consulting experience in SAP, AI, data, cloud or enterprise transformation.
• Demonstrable experience leading large programmes, senior teams and complex client engagements.
• Strong understanding of SAP’s AI portfolio, including SAP Business AI, SAP Joule and SAP BTP.
• Commercially minded, with experience in account development, sales pursuits and profitable delivery.
• A strategic, forward-looking leader with a passion for translating AI innovation into lasting business value.
