Role Description

We're hiring advanced STEM experts to help improve the scientific reasoning capabilities of sophisticated AI models. This ongoing project focuses on generating high-quality training data that requires deep academic expertise to construct and verify. Your work directly contributes to expanding how accurately these systems process complex scientific and mathematical queries.

Participants will work remotely to create original graduate-to-PhD-level problems within their specific academic domains. You will write a rigorous step-by-step solution for each problem and provide a single verifiable answer. The workflow also involves reviewing AI-generated responses to pinpoint specific reasoning errors or factual inaccuracies. All tasks are completed asynchronously through our online platform following an initial project assessment.

Qualifications

• Current PhD candidate, postdoctoral researcher, faculty member, or advanced STEM expert
• Deep subject-matter expertise in biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, or engineering
• Experience teaching, reviewing, or developing advanced academic problems
• Strong analytical reasoning and technical writing capabilities
• Willingness to complete identity verification and an initial skills assessment
