[Hiring] Presales Data & AI Architect @Atos

Role Description

We are looking for a senior Presales Data & AI Architect to join Atos UK&I Data, AI, and Digital Transformation Practice. In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with Sales, Portfolio, and Delivery teams to design intelligent, data-driven solutions that help customers leverage data, analytics, and AI to transform operations, accelerate innovation, and improve decision-making.

• The role combines data architecture, AI system design, and solution strategy, focusing on AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) and agentic AI within managed service environments.
• You will define architectures integrating data platforms, AI models, and autonomous agent frameworks to enable scalable, secure, and ethical AI deployments across industries.
• As a trusted advisor, you will guide customers in modernising their data ecosystems and operationalising AI through governed, repeatable, and measurable service.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical discipline.
• Professional certifications in data, AI, or architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, DAMA, Azure/AWS/GCP AI) are desirable.

Requirements

• Professional experience of at least 5 years in data architecture, analytics, or AI solution design, ideally within presales or consulting.
• Deep expertise in data platforms, governance, and AI/ML system design.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-as-a-Service and AI platform solutions in hybrid or managed service environments.
• Familiarity with agentic AI systems, multi-agent orchestration, and AI lifecycle frameworks (MLOps, LLMOps, DataOps).
• Proven presales experience with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Able to articulate complex technical solutions, integrate cloud-native AI services and open frameworks (MLflow, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs), and ensure ethical, compliant AI deployments in regulated industries.
