Role Description

You will participate in current process analysis to implement and leverage AI capabilities in a safe, consistent and efficient manner at our company.

• Collaborate in the development and deployment of Agentic AI solutions, ensuring scalable, high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals.
• Built and scaled enterprise AI platform infrastructure, defining best practices and technical direction.
• Integrated AI platforms with internal systems to support diverse business use cases.
• Created AI prototypes and demos to drive adoption and showcase capabilities.
• Deliver technical consulting and guidance, mentoring teams and supporting cross-functional AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in software development.
• Passion for Generative AI and software development, with hands-on experience delivering AI-powered web applications.
• Experience translating business problems into AI use cases and technical solutions.
• Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Working knowledge of Agentic AI systems.
• Experience with Cloud platforms and AI services.
• Hands-on DevOps skills.
• Practical experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools for developers.
• Familiarity with data governance and responsible AI frameworks.
• Advanced English Communication.
