[Hiring] Manager, AI & Agentforce Delivery @NeuraFlash

Role Description

As a Manager, AI & Agentforce Delivery, you will lead a team of delivery professionals who design and build Agentforce and AI-powered solutions for our clients. You'll balance hands-on project delivery with people leadership: staying close to client work as an individual contributor while managing, mentoring, and growing the teammates who report to you.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Deliver hands-on client project work as an individual contributor, staying current with Agentforce and Salesforce delivery practices.
• Lead and own complete project technical solution design, including designing and understanding agentic topics, instructions, actions with corresponding automation/code, agent deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
• Explore the limits and push the boundaries of automated agents, finding novel solutions to drive business outcomes.
• Manage a team of Experience Architects, Technical Architects, Consultants, Developers, and/or similar technical delivery roles.
• Provide mentorship, career guidance, and regular performance feedback, including corrective action when necessary.
• Own forecasting and staffing input for your team, in partnership with delivery and operations leadership.
• Coordinate and lead solution design reviews to maintain quality and consistency across client engagements.
• Author content for, and help facilitate, enablement workshops and office hours.
• Participate in and help lead skill-based guilds that foster knowledge sharing.
• Support hiring by conducting interviews and helping update interview materials.
• Champion NeuraFlash delivery standards and best practices across your team and accounts.
• Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering technology solutions, including experience with Agentforce or other generative AI-driven platforms.
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring delivery team members such as architects, developers, and consultants.
• Demonstrated ability to balance billable client delivery work with team leadership responsibilities.
• Experience giving performance feedback, holding career development conversations, and managing corrective action processes.
• Experience participating in hiring for technical roles, including conducting interviews.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable moving between technical delivery conversations and people-management conversations.

Requirements

• Experience designing or facilitating enablement content (workshops, office hours, guilds).
• Certifications relevant to architect-level roles.
• Experience forecasting and managing staffing/resourcing for a technical team.
• Prior experience specifically delivering Agentforce projects.
• Familiarity with multiple foundational LLMs, prompt engineering frameworks, and AI orchestration tools.
• Understanding of enterprise AI integrations, RAG architecture, and fine-tuning strategies.
