[Hiring] Infrastructure Engineer @Aegis AI

Role Description

Architect the foundation for a constellation of AI Agents — fast, cheap, and high-precision — that work together to detect and stop emerging threats. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Building and scaling the infrastructure that ingests rich data streams from partners.
• Continuously scanning the internet for new threats.
• Monitoring billions of customer events in real time to extract high-signal behavioral patterns.
• Designing and operating the AI infrastructure that powers a distributed network of intelligent agents.
• Building pipelines to fine-tune models with fresh threat data.
• Orchestrating GPU workloads across dynamic clusters.
• Implementing real-time feedback loops that learn from the wild and continuously evolve.

This is detection at internet scale, requiring a mindset that thrives at the intersection of performance, precision, and adaptability.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of experience.
• Experience scaling AI infrastructure or MLOps.
• Experience building in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• Experience with security/detection systems (bonus).
• Experience working in adversarial environments (T&S, security, fraud) (bonus).

Benefits

• Flat, flexible, and fast culture.
• Ownership of decisions and tech stack.
• Clear KPIs for success with autonomy in achieving them.
• Development cycles measured in days, not weeks.
