Role Description

OneSeven Tech is expanding its strategic AI capabilities to meet an upcoming pipeline of high-impact digital transformation projects. We are looking for an "Operator" who can bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution, ensuring AI implementation drives measurable growth rather than just experimentation. This role acts as a high-level advisor to help traditional businesses and startups transition into AI-first organizations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading AI strategy from discovery to deployment.
• 10+ years of Engineering Leadership in digital product environments.
• Currently operating in a fractional, interim, or advisory capacity with multiple successful engagements.
• History of leading complex migrations from legacy or standard digital systems to AI-integrated workflows.
• Ability to demonstrate clear ROI, such as significant time reductions or increased operational capacity through technology.

Requirements

• Formal certification as a Chief AI Officer or equivalent AI Executive training.
• Experience working within or for digital product studios or B2B professional services firms.
• Experience in information security governance, AI risk management, and bias controls.
• Experience in decision-making under pressure and a "constant pursuit of excellence" (Special Forces or similar background is a plus).

What You Will Do

• Build custom AI adoption frameworks that enhance human expertise and scale output.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to operationalize AI across targeting, content, and revenue analytics.
• Own the strategy for AI safety, culture, and ethical execution to ensure long-term investment stability.
• Act as a "Sidecar" to leadership teams, translating technical breakthroughs into actionable business plays.
• Conduct deep-dive assessments to identify productivity gains and eliminate operational redundancies.
