[Hiring] EMEA Specialist Solution Architect, AI - Ecosystem @Red River

Role Description

Red Hat’s EMEA Ecosystem Technical Sales team is looking for a Specialist Solution Architect (SSA) with specific skills and experience in AI to join us in Sweden or elsewhere in EMEA.

You will play a crucial role in providing technical presales expertise and experience to support the execution of Red Hat’s AI Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.

Your primary focus will be to help progress our partners’ experience with Red Hat’s AI platform from evaluation candidate to their preferred choice for the development, provisioning, and support of AI workloads and applications based on open source.

To get there, you will need to:

• Confidently articulate Red Hat’s value proposition to leadership, data scientists, developers, and IT teams at our partners and, potentially, their end customers.
• Engage in business-value conversations, technical architecture walk-throughs, customer-facing technical workshops, and help partners set up labs to rapidly prototype use cases.
• Provide guidance on best practices using our platforms.
• Collaborate with a range of key business and technical stakeholders.
• Join a partner ecosystem team that includes sales specialists, solution architects, and partner managers.
• Collaborate with a global community of AI specialists to test, document, and effectively demonstrate new features.
• Learn new technology quickly.

This is a remote job but should be within a reasonable commuting distance from an EMEA Red Hat office.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in one of the following areas:
• Machine Learning Use Case Development:
• Experience building AI applications (e.g., deep learning, LLM/RAG, NLP, computer vision, or pattern recognition).
• Practical experience with a statistical programming language (e.g., Python), applied machine learning techniques, and using OSS frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Machine Learning Operations Design:
• Experience in AI systems design, with the ability to architect and explain data pipelines, ML pipelines, and ML training and serving approaches.
• Experience with CI/CD solutions in the context of MLOps and LLMOps including automation with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions (e.g., Ansible).
• Communication:
• Experience delivering technical presentations and leading business value sessions.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.

Requirements

• Computer Science or similar degree.
• Previous experience as a sales engineer, technical sales, or similar role preferably at an enterprise software company, a SaaS company, or Systems Integrator.
• Previous experience as an implementation consultant for AI solutions.
• Previous experience in Machine Learning Use Case Development and Operations experience.
• Industry vertical experience with Data Science projects, with preference for expertise in FSI, medical, defense, and intelligence verticals.
• Active brand or participation in volunteer tech communities like AI Users Group or open-source projects.
