Role Description

As a Strategy Director at Aimpoint, you will serve as a senior trusted advisor to our clients and a strategic leader within our Strategy practice. Your responsibilities include:

• Working closely with executive stakeholders to shape enterprise analytics and AI transformation agendas.
• Guiding complex strategic decisions and driving measurable business value through AI and technology investments.
• Defining and growing the Strategy practice.
• Driving pre-sales and conducting AI Strategy Workshops.
• Defining how to scope and structure engagements and evolving core strategy offerings.
• Improving the quality and consistency of deliverables and building reusable frameworks and intellectual property.
• Partnering closely with practice leadership to guide the direction of the team.
• Delivering strategic assessments and oversight of enterprise transformation programs.
• Raising the bar for excellent strategy work at Aimpoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or quantitative field preferred.
• Extensive experience leading strategy engagements related to analytics, data, digital transformation, or AI.
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, data, digital, or AI strategy roles, ideally in a client-facing consulting environment.
• 5+ years of experience in leadership roles, including leading teams and major workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and value-oriented mindset, with experience developing business cases and ROI narratives.
• Proven ability to lead business development activities and attain sales goals.
• Strong understanding of AI and GenAI capabilities and enterprise implications.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing cross-functional teams.
• Prior exposure to organizational change, operating model design, governance, or enterprise transformation initiatives preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working with modern data platforms and tools.

Requirements

• Lead large, complex Analytics and AI strategy engagements for key clients.
• Serve as a senior trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on enterprise Analytics and AI priorities.
• Guide clients through structured assessments of current-state analytics and AI maturity.
• Lead executive workshops, briefings, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Oversee the development of strategy deliverables, including roadmaps and transformation plans.
• Partner with decision science, engineering, and platform teams to ensure alignment with enterprise realities.
• Lead business development initiatives including proposals and strategic client pursuits.
• Coach and develop consultants and engagement managers.
• Develop new solutions/offerings and market-facing points of view related to Data Strategy and AI Strategy.
