[Hiring] AI Intern, Enterprise Agent Development @GenScript

Role Description

The AI Intern, Enterprise Agent Development will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, testing, and continuously optimizing enterprise AI Agents.
• Building capabilities such as task planning, tool calling, and workflow orchestration using large language models.
• Integrating AI Agents with enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, OA, supply chain, and order management systems, to automate cross-system business processes.
• Developing and optimizing enterprise system interfaces and Agent tools.
• Collaborating with product and business teams to deploy AI Agent solutions in real-world enterprise scenarios.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience in large language model application development, with an understanding of prompt engineering and function calling.
• Hands-on experience with Agent development frameworks, particularly LangGraph and Agent Scope.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, microservices, and common enterprise system integration methods.
• Strong system design, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
