Role Description

The ideal candidate will combine expertise in social listening, consumer and market intelligence, and AI-driven analytics to generate actionable insights from online conversations and digital data. The candidate should understand how AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) can transform social listening workflows, enabling faster, more scalable, and insight-led delivery. Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations.

• Lead social listening and digital intelligence engagements, translating business objectives into research frameworks, listening strategies, and actionable insights.
• Leverage AI, LLMs, and automation to streamline social data collection, analysis, sentiment assessment, topic clustering, trend identification, and insight generation.
• Explore and implement AI-first approaches to improve the speed, accuracy, scalability, and quality of social listening and consumer intelligence deliverables.
• Work with AI platforms, social listening tools, APIs, and data connectors to integrate information from social media, online news, forums, reviews, and other digital sources.

Qualifications

• 7 – 10 years of proven experience in social listening, consumer insights, digital intelligence, market research, analytics, or a related field, with demonstrated expertise in AI-led solutions.
• Strong understanding of social listening methodologies, digital data sources, sentiment analysis, taxonomy development, trend analysis, and competitive intelligence.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and LLMs to automate or enhance research, analytics, insight generation, or reporting workflows.
• Familiarity with social listening platforms such as Meltwater, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, or equivalent tools.
• Experience in prompt engineering, workflow automation, and evaluating the quality and reliability of AI-generated outputs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect qualitative and quantitative findings to business outcomes.
