[Hiring] AI Engineering Lead @Responsiv

Role Description

Responsiv is at the forefront of the legal AI revolution, helping organizations stay ahead of regulatory change. We build AI that understands how the regulatory landscape is shifting and maps those changes to what businesses need to do about it.

Role Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust data pipelines at scale:
• Design, build, and operate the data infrastructure that powers our core product.
• Ingest, index, transform, and move large volumes of data reliably using powerful frameworks.
• Own pipeline orchestration, robustness, monitoring, scale, and data quality checks.
• Drive rigorous evaluation:
• Build evaluation frameworks to assess the functionality of data and AI systems.
• Define metrics that matter and run structured evaluations.
• Build tooling for continuous measurement of real-world performance.
• Develop and improve ML/NLP/AI models:
• Train, tune, and iterate on models that power our product.
• Contribute to the full ML lifecycle, grounded in data and evaluation infrastructure.
• Ship fast and iterate:
• Make high-impact contributions with short feedback loops.
• Prototype quickly and learn from real-world performance.
• Collaborate across the stack:
• Work closely with product and engineering to integrate data and AI capabilities.
• Translate model outputs into user-facing features.

Qualifications

• Have built and operated data pipelines in production.
• Care about rigorous evaluation and dataset quality.
• Have hands-on ML/AI experience.
• Have shipped end-to-end solutions.
• Take pride in building robust, well-engineered systems.
• Thrive in ambiguity.
• Can bridge data, ML, and product.

Requirements

• Experience with established orchestration and processing frameworks.
• Experience with NLP, document understanding, or classification problems is a bonus.
• Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms is a plus.
