[Hiring] AI Engineer @Omni

Role Description

We are looking for an AI Engineer who will be focused on building and optimizing our agentic AI analyst, giving you the chance to tune agent behavior, measure agent performance, and add capabilities.

• Work on a team with deep experience in the field.
• Have the autonomy to prioritize and solve problems by yourself or in collaboration with other team members.
• Operate across our technology stack to solve customer problems.
• Focus on shipping quickly and iteratively while maintaining high bars for performance and quality.
• Develop with AI and coding agents, knowing when to trust the agent and when not to.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and communication skills.
• 3-10+ years of experience building production software, proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to balance business and product goals with velocity and engineering excellence.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM systems in production, working on some or all of these topics: agent harnesses, context management, retrieval, eval, or post-training.
• Experience doing data analysis.

Requirements

• Experience building data products and AI-ready interfaces (nice to have).
• Familiarity with data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift (nice to have).
