[Hiring] AI Enablement Lead @UFORCE

Role Description

We are seeking an AI Enablement Lead to equip our business development team and the wider organisation to use AI effectively in their day-to-day work. Reporting to the Director, Business Data & Intelligence, you will:

• Design and deliver practical training and coaching.
• Monitor adoption and adherence to agreed ways of working.
• Provide hands-on support to colleagues who need it.
• Gather user feedback and partner with our tool builders to improve AI solutions.

This is a hands-on individual contributor position with ownership of the enablement programme. You will begin with business development and extend coverage across the broader business, working in close partnership with leaders, functional experts, and the teams who build our tools. The role carries influence rather than line authority, and does not include management of the AI builders or ownership of technical architecture. Success means:

• Colleagues become proficient in new tasks more quickly.
• Use of approved tools consistently and correctly.
• Fewer repeated errors.

What You Will Do

• Design and deliver onboarding and continuous coaching for the business development team.
• Develop role-specific playbooks and readiness programmes for customer engagements.
• Roll out approved AI workflows to priority audiences across the company.
• Create task-based learning with hands-on practice, feedback, and knowledge checks.
• Train colleagues to validate AI outputs and handle information appropriately.
• Provide direct support to users who are struggling.
• Drive sustained adoption after launch through manager reinforcement and internal champions.
• Monitor usage and quality to identify where tools are delivering value.
• Run a structured feedback process to capture input and translate feedback into improvements.
• Maintain a library of current learning materials and retire outdated guidance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or revenue enablement.
• A working understanding of B2B business development cycles.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your own work.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• A track record of driving behaviour change and adoption.
• Analytical rigour in measuring proficiency and quality.
• A collaborative, low-ego approach to working across functions.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with defence or military users.
• Business development or revenue enablement experience in B2B technology.
• Experience in wider employee enablement or change management.
• Experience launching AI tools or programmes.
• Familiarity with usage reporting and workflow configuration.
