[Hiring] AI & Data Analytics Partner @Jimdo

Role Description

Jimdo is becoming an AI-first company, and our People team is one of the first places where that shows up in daily work. We're looking for an AI & Data Analytics Partner to build the agents, analytics and workflow automations that make the People team faster, smarter and easier to scale.

• Transform slow and manual processes into compliant solutions in production.
• Provide leadership with a reliable view of People data for informed decision-making.
• Start with the People team, with potential to expand across other functions.

The team and who you'll work with:

• Report to the Manager Performance Intelligence.
• Work day to day with the People team and HR Business Partners.
• Collaborate with the AI team, Finance, Legal, and HR system providers.

What you'll be doing:

• Build a central reporting suite in Tableau integrating data from HiBob, payroll, and compensation tools.
• Own the quality and structure of People data, using analytics to identify workforce trends and process bottlenecks.
• Identify and fix HR processes with friction using AI agents and workflow automation.
• Enhance self-service for employees and managers with AI tools for repetitive questions.
• Connect systems of record to improve data flow between HR and Finance.
• Ensure every solution is auditable, explainable, and compliant with clear guardrails for responsible AI use.
• Run workshops and co-building sessions, writing playbooks for team autonomy in building and maintaining automations.

Your first months:

• After 3 months: Familiar with People systems and data flows, agreed reporting scope, and first quick-win automation live.
• After 6 months: Central reporting suite in use by leadership, and at least one AI-enabled HR process in production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics, AI and automation, or technical systems roles.
• 2+ years of hands-on work with LLMs, agents, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration tools like n8n.
• Track record of improving business processes through automation or system redesign.
• Strong data analysis skills and expert-level Tableau proficiency.
• Expert knowledge of HiBob, including data and reporting, with a solid understanding of data privacy and compliance (GDPR).
• Enjoy teaching and explaining technical choices in plain language.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in an HR or People Operations team.
• A certification in AI, machine learning, analytics, or automation.
• Experience working with Finance, Legal, or external HR service providers.
