Role Description

We are looking for a data-driven strategist to transform our global supply chain into a competitive advantage. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional logistics and cutting-edge data science. You will build the analytical frameworks to bring efficiency into Logistics and Supply Chain lifecycle. You will liaise with stakeholders locally and work closely with offshore teams.

• Be the primary interface to the business stakeholders, understanding requirements, data needs and formulating AI & Analytics solutions.
• Drive workshops with the client and Straive team to formulate solutions.
• Process Automation: Identify manual bottlenecks in the process and determine AI & Analytics interventions.
• Cost-Benefit Analysis: Evaluate the ROI of new logistics solutions and present them to clients.
• Project Management: Manage and communicate timelines, risks, dependencies to the client.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R (for statistical modeling), and Tableau/Power BI (for storytelling).
• Strong grasp of Analytics and AI concepts. Understanding data flow and data dependencies in the supply chain.
• Domain expertise in supply chain concepts and the supply chain life cycle (warehouse management, route planning, Customs Clearance, Customer Service etc).
• Strong capability in managing projects and communicating with the client. Liaising with delivery teams and client stakeholders and single point of contact.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Languages: English and Dutch. Will work with Dutch clients. If the person can speak German or French that is a plus.
