Role Description

What you will be working on:

• Design and produce ad creatives for our AI and game apps by using AI tools effectively, and create AI-generated content for the apps themselves when needed.
• Track competitor ads and what's working in the market to come up with new ad ideas.
• Follow AI, social media, gaming and advertising trends, including what's happening in Discord servers and gaming communities, and bring fresh creative concepts to the team.
• Produce and iterate on high volumes of variations for testing: new hooks, openings and edits from the same idea.
• Find faster and better ways of producing creatives as the tools evolve, and share them with the rest of the team.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving initiative; capable of taking full ownership, defining requirements independently, and driving results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken), strong communication skills are a must.
• Strong command of AI tools: you know how to prompt, iterate and combine tools to get the output you want, and you enjoy figuring out new ones.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar tools).
• A good visual eye and an interest in what makes an ad work: why one video holds attention and another gets skipped.
• Familiarity with gaming culture, such as Discord and gaming communities, and the kind of creatives that land with players is a plus.
• Creativity and adaptability to come up with fresh ideas quickly, and the eagerness to learn and take feedback.
• Comfortable with context switching: our apps and projects move at different speeds, and you will often work on more than one at a time.
