[Hiring] AI Conversation Designer @1mind

Role Description

You will be responsible for developing optimal prompts and context management strategies for a variety of tasks involving large language models (LLMs) for our platform with a focus on subagents. This includes:

• Reviewing conversations with our Superhumans
• Editing and authoring complex, dynamic prompts within our dialogue platform
• Creating new agentic workflows for before, after, and during our AI agents' conversations
• Documenting your work and teaching others within the company
• Adapting as the landscape evolves and the company grows

We're looking for someone who is eager to grow with us, become the company expert in this area, and proactively lead initiatives once up to speed. We are especially focused on candidates with:

• Prompting and writing experience
• Experience working specifically with conversational LLM outputs

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in AI agents, LLMs, conversation design, or related fields
• Strong command of language
• A record of diagnosing problems from transcripts and explaining how you knew a fix worked
• Mastery of LLM Prompting
• Comfort with quick prototyping and iteration

Requirements

• Strong experience with LLM prompting, particularly with OpenAI and Anthropic models
• Hands-on experience with APIs and mastery over prompt parameters and components
• Ability to read a system prompt, work in a console, call APIs, and incorporate them into prototypes
• Light coding skills (e.g., Python)
