Role Description

Our Client is seeking an innovative, highly analytical AI Strategist to lead the integration of artificial intelligence across their marketing, operational, and commercial workflows. Central to the organization's growth strategy, this professional will identify, deploy, and manage AI-driven solutions to optimize digital ad spend, automate email marketing, analyze consumer trend data, and streamline internal processes. Reporting during US Eastern business hours, this role is ideal for a tech-forward operator who excels at cross-functional project management and transforming complex data into actionable operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Strategy, Digital Marketing & Automation:
  • Develops and implements AI-driven marketing strategies to optimize performance across paid ad campaigns, influencer marketing initiatives, and automated email workflows.
  • Leverages AI analytics platforms to evaluate consumer purchasing behavior, market trends, and campaign performance metrics to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Identifies operational friction points across departments and deploys AI tools to streamline content creation, inventory workflows, and general administrative processes.
• Technology Integration, Training & Continuous Innovation:
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with content, operations, and executive leadership teams to integrate AI platforms seamlessly into daily business operations.
  • Researches, tests, and recommends emerging AI technologies and automation tools to keep the business at the forefront of CPG innovation.
  • Develops internal documentation, guidelines, and training sessions to upskill team members on using AI platforms safely and effectively.
  • Translates raw performance data into clear, actionable recommendations that maximize overall business return on investment (ROI).

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated track record developing and executing AI strategies, digital marketing optimizations, or technical automation initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency with AI tools and platforms designed for marketing optimization, predictive analytics, prompt engineering, and process automation.
  • Ability to extract meaningful business insights from complex datasets and translate them into clear strategic roadmaps.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and guide internal teams.
  • Ability to work full-time during US Eastern business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST).
  • Exceptional professional written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Dedicated home workspace equipped with high-speed, reliable internet, a personal computer, webcam, and headset.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background or prior experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), food and beverage, e-commerce, or retail sectors.
  • Experience introducing and training non-technical team members on AI tools and workflows.
