Role Description

We’re looking for a technical, execution-focused individual to help automate and scale our talent sourcing and lead generation processes. • Build and optimize automated sourcing workflows (candidates + companies)
• Use AI tools to identify, enrich, and qualify leads
• Develop systems for data extraction, cleaning, and structuring
• Automate repetitive tasks across recruiting and sales processes
• Integrate tools (APIs, no-code/low-code platforms, scripts) to improve efficiency
• Continuously test and improve workflows to increase output and quality
• Use AI tools to recreate the website

Qualifications

• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, Gemini etc.) in real workflows
• Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Ability to work with data scraping / APIs / basic scripting (Python preferred)
• Experience in lead generation, recruiting, or data workflows is a strong plus
• Strong problem-solving mindset — someone who can build, test, and iterate quickly

Requirements

• Preferred: Experience automating LinkedIn sourcing or outbound workflows
• Knowledge of CRM/ATS systems
• Experience working with datasets (Google Sheets, databases, enrichment tools)

Benefits

• Direct impact on revenue-generating processes
• Opportunity to build systems from the ground up
• Flexible, fast-moving environment focused on results
• Remote full-time contract role, $1000/month

To Apply

• Examples of workflows or automations you’ve built
• Tools you’ve used
• Anything you’ve automated that saved time or generated leads
• There will be a test as well.
