Your Impact: AI, automation, and software are changing how work gets done. In the roles you may be considered for, you’ll help create practical technology solutions that make experiences faster, smarter, and more connected.

Assignments may span software or AI engineering, automation, cloud and platform work, application development, DevOps, testing, IT operations, or technical program management—giving you a chance to build, integrate, troubleshoot, and improve solutions that solve real problems.

What You May Work On:

• Design, build, test, or enhance software applications, AI-enabled tools, and technology solutions
• Develop automated workflows that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, or create better digital experiences
• Work with cloud platforms, APIs, data integrations, development environments, or monitoring tools
• Evaluate technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, and improve the performance, reliability, or usability of solutions
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate real problems into scalable technology solutions

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical-thinking skills
• Curiosity and a desire to understand how technology works
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, troubleshooting, and complex technical challenges
• Interest in software development, AI, automation, cloud technologies, or digital innovation
• Initiative, adaptability, and a growth mindset
• A desire to build, create, test, and continuously improve solutions

Requirements

• You must be enrolled at an accredited college or university at the time of the internship.
• We primarily seek rising seniors graduating between August 2027 and June 2028; students graduating in 2029 may also be considered.
• Students from a variety of academic backgrounds may be a strong fit, including:
• Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering
• Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Network Engineering
• Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, or other Engineering disciplines
• Students from other disciplines with demonstrated technical aptitude and an interest in building technology solutions are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation

• Intern pay ranges: $26–$46 per hour.
• Compensation is based on your academic level, role classification (technical vs. non-technical), experience, and geographic location.
