Role Description

We're looking for an AI Automation Analyst for a fast-growing AI-powered photo management platform focused on building agentic solutions across operations, sales, marketing, and finance. If you are a self-starter and a quick learner with LLMs and agentic tools like Claude Code, keep reading!

• Identify manual, repetitive tasks across ops, sales, marketing, and finance, and design agentic AI solutions to replace them
• Work directly with the CEO to prioritize and execute AI automation projects with real business impact
• Build and deploy LLM-powered workflows using tools like Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and other AI harnesses
• Stay current on the latest developments in AI agents, skills, and automation frameworks, and bring those ideas into the company
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, communicating progress and results clearly and consistently

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLMs and a genuine interest in building agentic solutions (Claude, OpenAI, or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent time management and prioritization, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams at once
• Tech-savvy and fast at picking up new tools, platforms, and workflows
• Self-sufficient and proactive, able to move without constant direction

Requirements

• Experience with coding (any language) or working alongside engineering teams
• Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n
