Role Description

The AI Agent Developer will be responsible for developing complex AI agents and contributing to innovative projects within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on experience developing complex AI agents using platforms such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Experience in advanced AI agent development, beyond basic prompting or prompt engineering.
• Experience developing or working with multi-agent AI systems.
• A software engineering/development background is preferred.
• Direct involvement in AI agent development projects, even if not the lead developer.
• Commercial-sector experience is strongly preferred.

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact professionally and collaboratively with teammates, clients, and business partners.
• Desire to challenge and educate oneself to support IT services delivery in Federal agencies.
• Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills.
• Respond to team member and client requests via email, MS Teams, or other communication means during core business hours.
• Active listening skills to understand clients' needs and collaboration skills to work with other developers and designers.
