Role Description

As an Africa Language AI Specialist, you'll earn by putting your native or fluent language knowledge to work, no prior tech experience required.

• Create, translate, and transcribe text in the African language(s) you're fluent in.
• Rate and rank AI model responses to help models learn what "good" sounds like in your language.
• Review and validate content for accuracy, tone, and cultural context.
• Flag the nuances — idioms, dialect, context — that AI systems routinely miss.
• (For experienced specialists) Quality-check the work of other contributors.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent speaker of one or more supported African languages.
• Strong reading and writing ability in that language.
• Good attention to detail and a careful, consistent approach.
• Reliable internet access and a smartphone or laptop.
• No prior experience required for entry-level work.
• Bonus: background in translation, linguistics, teaching, journalism, or content writing.
