Role Description

Transform how millions learn online! As a YouTube Video Content Creator at Hostinger, you'll be the face of our channel, using your creativity to bring our educational content to life. You'll execute the entire local production process—from idea to creative implementation.

• Record engaging, informative videos (long-form and Shorts) for French-speaking audiences.
• Set content goals, add local insights, and monitor competitors' content.
• Track video performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
• Work with freelance editors and scriptwriters on content development.
• Handle video uploads, metadata optimization, and maintain SOPs.
• Test new formats and experiment with hooks and structures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content creation with proven on-camera work (YouTube content preferred).
• French-speaking, native-level language skills.
• Strong acting and presentation skills, comfortable on camera.
• Familiar with YouTube platform specifics: retention strategies and content optimization.
• Creative writing skills with the ability to structure content and localize scripts.
• Experience managing multiple projects independently with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of video production fundamentals and visual storytelling principles.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Creative problem-solver who balances artistic vision with performance data.
• French market know-how and ability to monitor competitors.
