Role Description

Presence by Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to support the delivery of exceptional workplace experiences across a portfolio of office properties. This role is responsible for creating meaningful tenant engagement opportunities through:

• Strategic programming
• Hospitality-driven service
• Communications
• Amenity activation
• Community-building initiatives

The Workplace Experience Manager serves as a remote extension of the property team, providing:

• Strategic leadership
• Operational support
• Creative programming solutions tailored to each property's unique goals and tenant population

This position requires a highly organized, customer-focused professional with strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills. While primarily remote, travel may be required to support:

• Client needs
• Property launches
• Team meetings
• Training initiatives
• Major events
• Leasing tours
• Strategic business objectives

Requirements

• Serve as a strategic partner to assigned property management teams
• Develop strong relationships with property teams, ownership groups, vendors, and tenant stakeholders
• Lead regular planning meetings to review programming and property priorities
• Provide recommendations to enhance tenant experience
• Prepare and deliver reporting on engagement metrics and program performance
• Provide remote coaching and support to property management teams
• Act as a trusted resource for hospitality and engagement strategies
• Develop and execute customized engagement strategies
• Create and manage programming calendars for assigned properties
• Plan and support a variety of events and community-building experiences
• Monitor program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
• Develop and execute communication strategies
• Maintain content across tenant engagement platforms
• Provide remote oversight for workplace amenities
• Coordinate reservations and bookings
• Establish relationships with vendors and service providers
• Assist with annual budget planning and tracking
• Support the ongoing growth and development of the Presence platform
• Support onboarding efforts for new team members and properties
• Travel as required for property launches and client meetings
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
