Role Description

We are currently searching for a Workplace Engineering Track Specialist :

• Manage Active Directory Domain Administration, providing critical support for in-flight Domain Controller (DC) migrations.
• Execute Tier 3 troubleshooting and advanced configuration of Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Oversee Active Directory Identity and Group Management, ensuring security and compliance.
• Manage the Identity Lifecycle using specialized tools such as SailPoint IdentityNow and Microsoft Identity Management (MIM).
• Provide on-call support for high-severity infrastructure issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and Domain Controller migrations.
• Expert-level knowledge of GPO management and Tier 3 technical support.
• Deep understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management processes.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or Microsoft Identity Management (MIM).
• Availability to work Eastern Time (EST) hours (ranges: 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, or 9am-6pm).
• Commitment to on-call availability for high-priority incidents.

Requirements

• Certifications in Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator or SailPoint.
• Languages: Advanced Oral English.
• Languages: Advanced Spanish.
